How many websites can I use the plugin on?

You can use the plugin on the number of websites included in your selected license plan. After purchase, your license key can be activated on your WordPress site directly through the plugin settings.

How do I install and activate the plugin?

After purchase you'll receive a download link and license key by email. Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload, install and activate the plugin, then paste your license key into the plugin's settings to unlock updates and premium features.

How do I get plugin updates?

Plugin updates are delivered directly through your WordPress dashboard. As long as your license is active, you'll receive updates, improvements, bug fixes, and compatibility updates.

Can I try the plugin before buying?

Yes. A free version is available so you can install it and test the core features on your own site before upgrading. We recommend starting there to make sure it's the right fit for your store. Because the premium version gives instant access to downloads and your license key, we generally don't offer refunds — so trying the free version first is the best way to decide.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from the Freemius Customer Portal linked in your purchase receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals — you'll keep access to updates and support until the end of your current billing period.

Do I need coding knowledge to use your plugins?

No. Our plugins are built to be simple to install and use directly inside WordPress. In most cases, you only need to install the plugin, activate your license, and adjust the available settings to match your website.

What happens when my license expires or is cancelled?

You can continue using the version of the plugin you already downloaded, but you may lose access to future updates, support, and premium features that require an active license.

What kind of support do you offer?

We provide support for plugin installation, setup, license activation, and issues related to the plugin's built-in functionality. Support does not include custom development, advanced website customization, or fixing issues caused by unrelated third-party plugins or themes.

Where can I manage my license and subscription?

After purchase, you can manage your license, billing details, downloads, invoices, and subscription through the Freemius Customer Portal. Freemius handles secure payments, licenses, renewals, and account management.

Is the plugin compatible with my theme and other plugins?

The plugin is built to work with the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce and with standard, well-coded themes. If you run into a conflict with another plugin or theme, contact support with your site details and we'll investigate.

Is checkout secure and how are payments handled?

All payments, licenses, renewals, invoices, and EU VAT are handled securely by Freemius, our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card details.

How quickly will I get a reply?

We're a small team and reply to every request, usually within 1 business day (Mon–Fri). Replies may take a little longer on weekends and Swedish public holidays.
